Environmental Policy

Just Rollers plc takes its statutory and ethical obligations regarding environmental issues very seriously. Its processes are concerned mainly with the manufacture of roller cores, polymer blending and calendering, and the application of polymers and urethanes onto roller cores, all of which are controlled to prevent any major concern to the environment with regards to waste, atmospheric pollution or noise.

As a further commitment to environmental issues it disposes of its waste in accordance with all local authority statutory regulations and is a member of Valpak, the nation-wide compliance scheme for the packaging waste regulation. The Company also employs a '5S' waste minimisation programme which includes the reduction of energy usage.

The Company's commitment to best business practice, quality, and the workplace is further enhanced by its accreditation to ISO 9001 : 2008.

As a consequence of its low environmental risk factor, the Company shall not be pursuing accreditation to any formal Environmental Management System within the foreseeable future.
